Hps or MH or LED?

Rapid Led...Timber...Fluence

All I use are LED now and grow killer buds in a closet with elastomeric paint on walls. Have to throw in a CFL 5000K and a shop light for heat! Even when 95 outside and door closed just above 80. Do have it vented into attic (passive).

That big of space I would go HPS unless you gonna DIY bunch of Cree Cobs

Don't know about kingbrite but if it's like alibaba no thanks. likely most done fine with alibaba but google em and see some of the horror stories (mainly unauthorized charges on credit/debit card). Also, claims of Cree CXB3590 (which is American made) and customers getting a China knockoff. Too scarey for me! Rather buy American parts from Americans instead of buying American parts from China. I really don't trust anything made by China with regard to grow lights. My blurple also has China parts but has 3 and 5 watt Cree and made in USA!

After extensive research (and reading many China grow lights horror stories..including fires) on Amazon reviews I'm scared and ain't worth the savings to take a chance as their is no customer service from China so have a problem....you get to eat it!

Just looked at Kingbrite....no thanks! For now I'll stick with Cree from USA.

they use paypal. and have been respected on growers forums for 10+ years, even by staff members. they sold leds for flashlights before led growing was a thing. sell every type of diode from citizen to vero to cree. .. and on every other forum people drop their name weekly. ask for jerry. or suit yourself. lol

In reply to your comment on heat before, my plants like the heat and most who get leds realise they never had heat problems in the first place.

Heat is irrelevant, growers run few inches under hps for years now , you know not how to do it yet

Haha ass clown. I ducted out 2 600w hps in cool tubes in my area and payed a shit ton when my 1200W ac kicked on every 15 minutes to counteract my flow rate in a box in a garage. now, I get MORE light with QB chips and I even patched up my giant hole where my ac was in my room because HAHA I DONT NEED IT ANYMORE LOL.

Telll me how this has anything to do with knowing how to grow.

I got 2 eye super hps bulbs in my garage I've been trying to get rid of forever but no one grows with HID anymore so its been hard to sell.

does it bug you that 800W of my led is doing better than the 1200W of HPS I was running and I dont have to pay for ac anymore? I turned my intake off and my temp rose to 85 degrees and 50% RH. I dont even need a Dehumidifier/humidifier or a fucking ac. Jokes on you buddy

And yet i run an bare bulb hps in a tent with just a desk fan at the door, temps reguarly hit over thirty and have posted many pics here of non heat stressed weed and plants, shit my t5's need almost zero extraction or no heat builds up and were over twenty degrees room temps atm.

I always wondered how the pros grew so close to all them hps's a few years ago here, now i know its you lot that talk shit on heat, define forced, free and thermal cooling and you wont be using numbers anymore, shit youll learn to do what the pros did before we started hating on heat and ir for a hot weather plant.

Now i have hps lights but over the time have lowered my extraction to levels you lot say would burn so i call you lot out for talking shit, fuck i just walked into my outdoor greenhouse and was like an oven, i dont see plants crying out heat stress.

Some can and some cant and want to do it the hard way....!

Cool tubes are pointless, another snake oil product, heat is in the form of light and air dosent change light from heating a surface, mainly your cooling small bulbs not the plant or even helping it transpire.

yer i know you will disagree but heath robinson and many other guys here waaaaaay before you were running plants right up to hps lights with zero heat stress, can rip pics of internet for you no probs if you need visual representation....?

Going to throw an option out that would make sense in this size room, 12x 315w CMH. 32w/sq. ft, more efficient/cooler than hps, in between hps and LED's price-wise. Great yields, great quality.
