Thanks. Dont wanna detract from the OP though but i also hate making new threads for every single question i have on different aspects of growing which is why if i find a thread thats exploring something im interested in learning ill throw a few questions in there.
so tangentially related since the pot size was brought up earlier......if someone is growing in 50 to 200 gallon pots are those usually going to be fabric sakcs or something like that?
do smart pots or fabric potters actually allow air to the roots noticeably better than plastic pots, enough to where theres a n oticeable growth difference?
for smart pots.....does shape make any difference? im seeing square ones that claim it prevents root circiling which makes for better nutrient uptake......is that confirmed by any anecdotal evidence or studies?
