Actually not at all. They are 3 gallon buckets and the stem is really thick and the roots are strong. I wait for the soil tp dry up a bit first...grab the stem and turn the whole thing upside down. Plant comes out 100% intact!Nice looking ladies. Is it hard to transplant from those buckets?
Ya I did 50gallons for the last several yrs but decided to try the 200 gal. This yr. It always seems the bigger I go the yield is just way better! They look great! I'm growing hso blue dream this year, mine are in 2 gallons. Gonna be transplanting them into some 50s and 100s in the next few weeks.
I sure hope so!!! Thanks! I will keep you all posted for sure!!!Gd luck giiiiirl
Blue dreams should smash your yoeld estimations out of the ball park in 200s
Well thanks Larry! Have u grown the hso blue dream before?Good luck with your grow. I'll be stopping in to see how they are doing.
Nope. I took an eleven year break, and just got back into growing last season. I'm growing a local {NW Florida} strain my BIL crossed many moons ago. A couple of my RIU friends do have BD going this summer and plan to make some seeds. Maybe it will be in the rotation next season.Well thanks Larry! Have u grown the hso blue dream before?

Bigger roots = bigger yields.just curious since ive never heard of anyone growing in 50 gallons or 200 gallons before.......what kind of yield increase does one generally see as one increases pot size? is it linear or does the yield increase but less with each larger size?
can anyone explain this to me from experience? what kind of dry yields are we talking about from a 50 gal versus a 5......or a 200 gal vs a 50 gal? all other things being equal......
thx!.
