I don't think any soil growers are embarrassed....why would we..the true cannabis connoisseurs know the truth...why do you think growers like Soma or DJ Short, grow organically in soil?...duhhh..the top growers know this, real connoisseurs enjoy good, tasty smoke....enjoy your hydro,..it's really all opinion..I like smaller yields of connoisseur medical grade cannabis...you like huge yields of sub-par chronic..no biggie to each his own......:blsmoke::blsmoke::blsmoke:

Let's bring it indoors fdd, anyone can grow successfully outdoors. I did it for years and that's why I thought "shit this indoor growing should be easy". Boy was I fucking wrong. Get your soil, I'll get my hydro. What kind of light you got, I'll use a 600 watt hps. All in good fun, no dogs here, no excuses.

connoisseur? by that do you mean "mindless drone"? i can guarantee you, that given two samples of bud you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between properly grown and cured hydro and properly grown and cured soil bud.

your right...we're all just pushing each other's button's a little...it's still chronic..just not my preference..hydro, or soil it's all good weed to me...just having a little fun:-P:-P...i think we all know the truth, people grow what they prefer, and you can't tell some one there taste choice is wrong....just not the same as your's......lets all blaze one together...hydro and soil...we're all united in the same cause...cannabis...:joint:

right on brother! to my knowledge I've never tasted hydroponic cannabis... I'm growing it, just waiting to harvest.

this has been said before, and I'll answer the same...yes I can tell the difference, I have smoked a lot of both from many different growers and breeders, smoked the best and worst of both kinds and in the end my pallet and I'm sure the pallet of many others can taste the difference...many can't...some people have no ability to taste at all......some have very refined pallets.....it's all about the person...what's better is relative...but I can taste the difference and I prefer the taste of organic soil grown pot...hands down.. as do many connoisseurs...Just ask Jason King...:peace::peace::peace::blsmoke::mrgreen:

fair enough, how about we take fdd's plants and kp's mtf and throw a huge party. soil; hydro; it doesn't matter they're both masters of the art.:blsmoke:
 
It's still bullshit, hydro is better and taste better too, I tried some dirt weed grown in foxfarms, tasted like shit, i'm never touching it again. Hydro all the way.:joint:

Soil is for newbies because you don't know how to turn the ph pen on.
 
ita kinda funny, im talkin much shit about dirt, but i really do like it. where i live med isnt a possibility, so i have to grow indoors. ive grown outside for more than a decade and loved it. but im less and less willing to hike up in the woods twice a week. truth be known im just to lazy to grow outside.
so now im doing hydro. of course it tastes alil different,,, i didnt say worse or better just different, but its not a big deal to me. i use a vap 90% of the time so im not all that picky. i can grow pounds inside in the same amount of time it takes to veg outside. and i can do it under an A/C while watching TV.
now if i lived in a med state sure i would grow in dirt some outside. but as long as i have to be inside im doin hydro. i like to experiment alot with my grows and soil would just take way to long.
