nice, that fits to the the description of the cheap HOCl generators.
you can be right in regards of thecolorfull bottles sold as HOCl solution, i simply dont know, not a chemnist either.
can be the magic, ph neutral, oxidizer, or its just a few granules bleach with water.
maybe one can do some tests with chlorine test sticks and a pH meter?, it both smell like swimming pool.
