I am very unsure of what LED lights to get *HELP*

Hey guys i have been looking at LED lights to purchase, but am super unsure of what to get. So instead of me telling you what my options are could you just direct me in the best way possible? I am orginally looking to get two lights at cover a 4x4 area and supply about 800 watts each making it about 1600 watts per table. Money is not really an issue.

Go ck out Amazon or Ebay also make sure and ck the draw watts for LEDs. I have a Mars II 900 and a Growstar 1000 watt and 2 Highgrow 600 watts. IMO you don't have to spend a ton for LEDs. My next LED purchase will be something along this line

If you're willing to spend a good bit of money I would look at a finished Quantum Board setup from HLG. Frankly, for a 4x4 1600W is way overkill. You won't need more than about 600 good LED watts. I would look at getting an HLG 550.

Now, having said that, I am a dedicated DIY'er, and if you are willing to do a bit of construction, you can build some great lights using Samsung F-Series strips or Bridgelux EB strips.

800 watt per 4x4' area, but i am using 4x8' tables. Do you think 3 HLG550'S per 2 4x8 tables would be fine??

How much do you think you will yield from this?? and what do you think of the epistar 320.
hoping for at least 10 zips from them all, some have said more but I'm trying to be realistic. I've read good things about the 320 and have seen on other forums great results with the Mars lights. Like I said most all LEDs are made in China and IMO if you look carefully at what your getting you can find a light to fit your budget

What LED's do you use? I'm thinking Mars or Vitraspect 300 watt. How many plants could I get to go under? I'm very new & wanna spend $150-200 tops plus I gotta get a tent ⛺ also. So another $100
Throw another 50 in and get this if you can they have a 300 and 600 for what you want to spend I have 2 Higrows 600 and 1000 watt Growstar

Do yourself a favor and look for white LED's. A Quantumboard or a few Samsung F-strips will outperform any of these 300w units easily. You will get more light and more yield when you not use crappy colored Epistar diodes, which ade usually used in this blurple units.
If you take the trouble to read a few threads about the boards and strips, you will find that this new-old form of plant lighting works much more efficiently, especially if only top bins from well-known manufacturers are used.
Of course, you can still rely on these outdated blurple lights, but you'll need more units and spend a third more on energy to get the same results. Instead of three of these 300w units for a 2" 4' tent you'll only need 2 Quantumboards for the same area.
