I disagree COMPLETELY. Bricktop is WONDERFUL at finding FULL answers to all kinds of questions. Some of us are here to LEARN as much as we can. I would much rather have a full copy paste answer that not only gives me full info but can lead me to an area where I can learn even more.
I do not smoke pot, havent in over 15 years. When I decided to start again I wanted to just grow a cpl plants. During my grow I have fallen in love with the plant! I am voracious in my desire to learn as much as I can. I personally LOOK for Bricktops posts as I know they will be extremely informing. That being said, I do not agree with everything he says, but he always gives enough info that I can make the choice not to agree well informed.

Aside from the whole growing basil thing and smoking leaves. I have never seen a rehab facility that didn't drug test for oxycontin or lowertab and all these show up as opium alkaloids. So we are to believe that a person in rehab for herione use doesn't get tested for opium alkaloids. Duckfoot i think your new strain of cannabis should grow really great because by know it should be surrounded by bullshit.

I do Google, a lot, whenever I read something here I find interesting I google it, Brick alot of times saves me the trouble. I tend to worry about the long term progress of someone that prefers vague "opinions" to researched answers. W? Is that U?

Brick has a family history in botany and owns a nursery (well part owner) so the difference is he knows WHAT to google to get the info he is looking for and honestly he has found and posted things I have not seen anybody else post
I have done very similar things by researching out info and pasteing it and links in my threads, the notion is that having a bit of background understanding a bit of actual botany helps with doing these searches
no one says that anybody needs to accept the info but likewise if you don't like someone that does a bit of research for you then by all means do it yourself

He's growing basil, and he just said in a previous post that heroin and crack are real drugs and sounds like he's glorifying it. He also posted a pic entitled 'retards' and said he was one of them and told ladies to hit him up cos he's got the real buds. I mean its funny reading it, this guys definitely a joker but your giving cannabis smokers a bad name with shit like that. And skunkuskyhybrid instead of arguing with bricktop about trichomes you could have just read what he's saying. I have no idea why you're referring to me in regards to smoking fan leaves, no idea in the slightest. I have read up on all that trichome info before, gaining a deeper understanding of it is all i'm really after. That can never come from a cut n paste. when you truly understand something you can explain it in layman's terms. Polarized electron and positron beams are foreseen for the future linear collider. High precision physics requires the polarization of both beams to be known with a relative uncertainty of about 0.5% or better. Therefore all possible depolarizing effects that could operate between the polarized sources and the interaction regions have to be under full control.
The 'heLiCal' collaboration aims to provide a full `cradle-to-grave' analysis of all depolarizing effects from the source to the interaction region. The largest depolarizing effect is expected to result from the collision of the two beams at the interaction point(s). Two effects influence the spin motion in electric and magnetic fields: a) spin precession (see lower left figure) and b) spin-flip via synchrotron radiation (see upper right figure).
Spin precession is described by the Thomas--Bargmann-Michel-Telegdi (T-BMT) equation. In order to describe all depolarization effects accurately effects from higher-order processes have to be talken into account and the adaption of classical equations for such a strong field regime has to be performed.
Beam polarisation has the potential to discriminate between many physics models and will be a vital tool in unravelling the mysteries of physics Beyond the Standard Model.
One of the most promising candidates for physics beyond the SM is supersymmetry. This new symmetry predicts that every SM particle has a SUSY partner that has the same quantum numbers as their SM partner, with the exception of the spin. Electroweak precision tests predict that at least some SUSY particles should be accessible at sqrt(2)=500 GeV. To really establish supersymmetry experimentally, all model assumptions and implications have to be verified.
For instance, the chiral quantum numbers of the scalar partners of the electron/positron have to be verified. This association can only be directly tested in the production of the pairs sel+L sel-R. Even a highly polarized electron beam may not be sufficient to separate this process from sel+R sel-R, since both can be produced with almost identical cross sections and have the same decay. Applying simultaneously polarized positrons, the pairs get different cross sections, can be isolated and the properties of the particles can be tested separately.
Transversely-polarized beams are sensitive to non-standard interactions, which are not of the current--current type, such as those mediated by spin-2 gravitons or (pseudo)scalar exchanges, even in indirect searches. With transversely-polarized beams (both beams have to be polarized) an azimuthal asymmetry can be constructued that uniquely distinguishes, for instance, different extra-dimension models up to at least 3 TeV.
Representative examples are the models of Randall-Sundrum (RS) and Arkani-Hamed, Dimopoulos, Dvali (ADD). The new asymmetry vanishes for both the SM and the RS scenario, so that a non-zero value unambiguously signals the ADD graviton exchange. Study was done at sqrt(s)=500 GeV.
