No i didnt have a flat or a phone to call a tow truck, i wasnt saying they had to help just that it proved they arent trying to help people, just exercise their authority over people:-?

back when i was a little kid i was walking home alone from the baseball park. i had walked down with my cousins but left alone early. i can't remember how old i was, must have been 10 or 11 maybe. a cop saw me and stopped. said i looked like i needed a ride. took right to my front door. they don't do that any more. i guess as an adult they figure i'm capable of taking care of myself. unless they smell weed on me, that is. lol :weed:



i know and have know quite a few cops. some are really good people. i think a lot depends on the area they work in. home town joe who knows everyone in the county probably is a pretty decent guy. Los Angeles cops are probably a little shorter fused. i would think. i could be wrong.

Thats a good point about where they live, plus i just realized a cant complain about cops wasting time writing helmet tickets because they should be doing something more important then complain about them not helping me while im broke down. Talk about a hypocrite:shock:

These "good" plod people know are only "good" to you 'cos you're their mate, if they didn't know you from Adam I bet it would be a different story.

As for the UK Gestapo, they don't really care about the colour of your skin it's more about what class they think you are.

You only have to look at how the McCanns were treated after leaving their three kids (all under 5) in an unlocked hotel room in a foreign country and then "losing" one to see one example of the System treating middle class and upwards differently to the working class.:peace:
 
I dont really have a problem with cops, in fact.. a lot of friends i went to highschool with are gonna be cops. Its not the police i have a problem with, their job is to enforce laws. Its the cop, actually no, strike that, its the person that i have a problem with. A cop is, in essence, just a good person, someone who fights for justice and is a protector of citizens, ya know.. the whole 9 yards. Thats all fine and dandy, except that theres the possiblity that the person who is working for the police has maybe a personal vendetta against someone, or maybe just dislikes people who even relate to a certain subject and would like to see something done to them more than that of what is being done currently according to the law. The thing to keep in mind, is that everybody is treated equally in the eyes of the law, but when dealing with police, your not in the eyes of the law, your in the eyes of a lackey.. of some street muscle for the law, which isnt a bad thing, but like i said.. not everyone feels the same way on every issue.. if you see what im getting at.
 
everybody talks about cops up holding the law. it takes a sorry low life to even go to the academy and join law enforcement. If no one applied to be a cop.. imagine.. it would be chaos, but at the same time. it would be the way it needs to be. everyone for them selves. Buy yourself a gun, live your life and dont go bothering anyone, if someone fucks with you, shoot them. easy as that. thats how it was back in the western days. Drunk guy in a bar tried fucking with someone, he gets taken outside and placed in a Duel, they take 15 steps back to back and turn and shoot. Now thats the way it needs to be, then you wouldnt have these weak pathetic people-im not gunna be an obvious racist and say their name- but ill describe them in a couple words: they live in israel, they wear caps on their heads, they're ruining america with their dumb laws. ring a bell?

They're just looking out for kids whos parents dont give enough a shit to buy them helmets or teach them how to cross the road properly... Don't know why you have a such a bug up your... umm you think about if your kid was riding his/her bike to school and suffered a serious brain injury?

its a good point though why couldnt they be doin somthin like bustin crack n scag dealers/speeders/drunk drives u know what i mean... outher than sitting outside a school waitin for kids...

but then again it could of been the teachers askin the police to doit maybe parents complain about seein kids with no helmets you never know do ya...
 
I'm sorry, but...just because the kids didn't have a helmet doesn't mean the parents don't care.You can't watch them 24 hours a day.And I rode my bike without a helmet the whole time I was a kid, and so have millions of other children before us.Why do we have to pussify our children if we don't want to?I can see helmets and pads for little kids, like training wheels,but for older grade schoolers, junior high, and high schoolers, I think they're responsible enough by then to decide whether they need a helmet.Kids get bumps, bruises, and scratches.Serious injury is the exception, not the rule.Ok, done ranting.:bigjoint:
