I can't tell if I'm ready to harvest or not (pics)

I know a guy who has some property and he lets a local sheriff hunt on his land.
The sheriff doesn't care if he is growing, the guy has a card and all.
But his wife won't allow it.
I know another local sheriff who used to smoke and he says most of the cops/sheriffs around here don't care about who is growing or smoking.
I still wouldn't trust him enough to ever show him a plant or smoke anywhere near him, but hes cool every time I've gone to his house. I think the bigger concern these days is the feds, or neighbors making complaints to the feds about smell or seeing plants growing taller than the fence and that type of thing. I've done enough outdoor grows and gone fairly big with it to where I now feel pretty confident that my neighbors don't care. They have never said anything.

Took more pics at different parts of the plant.. wtf some parts have mostly amber trichomes and others don't have any amber.. So confused, not sure when to harvest now for an "all around" bodyhigh and couch lock effect

First pic has no amber at all and other two have lots, each one was taken at different parts of the plant

You could try harvesting some now, and the rest later when it looks right.

In my opinion 1st pic isn't ready, second pic went too long, and third pic is just about too long. I'd probably have already harvested it really. These pic's have a lot more amber than what we saw before.

My problem is that i'm doing a stealth pc grow and don't really have another place to dry, so I have to do it all at the same time. Is the first pic at least good enough for a headhigh? I don't mind having a combination of couchlock buds and headhigh buds lol. If i do choose to harvest now I'm gonna leave it in the dark for 2 more days which should be enough for the ones that are almost ready. What do you think bro?

Top buds will be more mature then bottom buds. This is why TwistItUp said to harvest some but leave the other to mature more. It works Ive done it several times

Drying can be done anywhere (if you dont mind the smell). As long as its a cool room where a fan is moving the air.

I'd say its ready then. Harvest now before too much breaks down, some of that is real amber and if you cant cut the amber now, I'd say take the whole thing soon. The first pic will get you a high, if anything it will be more a racy high.

If you do leave it in the dark two days, that could give it a chance to flush a bit longer I guess.

The smell is my biggest issue lol, its a super stealth pc grow. It's perfect for drying though, has multiple fans from different angles, smell proof and complete dark.
But if I harvest now those buds with the clearer trichomes should still be good right? Just not as strong

Thanks, gonna leave it in the dark and havest in two days. Just a question, my lights went on about an hour ago, can I turn them off now or should i wait till the 12 hours finishand leave them off for two days?

Guy at the local hydro store even told me that not all strains will always go cloudy. I never heard this anywhere else but maybe its true. I'm pretty sure you are going to get a nice racy sativa type effect off the clear heads seeing how they have got to be on the brink of going cloudy. Might get heart palpation and racing thoughts if the genetics had the potential to be potent enough. At least that's what a earlier harvest does to me.

I don't think your light cycle is going to make that much of a difference at this point its basically done all the growing it needed to do.

Do the calyx's look swollen, where the hairs are coming from, and are the hairs turning color already. I only assume these other signs of the plant being ready are already showing seeing just how much amber you have. Unless you crushed the trichome heads and damaged them and they are dying from that and that's why they changed color but I don't thing that's the case. I went back to page one to look at that couple pics showing some hair. Not all were white so I just assume even more have changed color by now.

I read that you shouldn't even touch the buds or you can damage them, so I left them alone, doubt i damaged them.

Last time I took pics from only one bud but this time i took so many from all the surface areas that the plant has, even took a video lol. Was pretty shocked to see the amber

Pic two looks like it filled in pretty well, it's not little pop corn buds, but maybe could have been chunkier. Actually looks pretty good though for a stealth grow and a first grow, think you said its a first grow. I'm not into stealth or familiar with it, but sometimes I'm impressed with what some people can do with stealth setups. And the white hair look like they are still standing up a lot, I hear that's a sign the hairs are still trying to find male pollen. But a bunch of the darker hairs have curled into the bud, looks like a pretty good ratio of white/darker hair.

I don't think it would have the time to hermi out on you. If it wants to turn male then it could think about it all its wants in those two days in the dark, but I don't see her growing balls in two days haha. Maybe it can I don't know but I doubt it.
