Sprinkle in a little bubble on top just to make it exciting

No offense at all, but I wouldn't grow any of those strains more than maybe a couple times. ;).

Perhaps you just haven't found your "keeper" yet. We have one pheno of PBB that we have no intention of letting go, and I have every intention of growing it about every other grow, indefinitely.

I totally get your original point, but again, once you find something that checks all your boxes, you might change your tune.
No offense taken. Forbidden fruit is my absolute favorite of all time. Not due to strength nor the high. It's the taste. It's just amazing.

So you might be right. I might grow this a couple of seasons. But even with my favorite I will still get bored. That's for certain. So it won't be 2 seasons in a row.

I live in prohibition land and am very paranoid. Almost 5 years ago a friend gave me ONE (what I am told was Gelato) bagseed and I grew a plant in MG in my garage in a self watering bucket like I had used for cucumbers for years.I learned how to get it to sex and to my surpise it was a female. I had little light discipline but I took it to 10 weeks, it was full of seed due to stress.

This is like my 11th run with it. I hate it but its free and strong and I still have hundreds of seeds. Depending on the time of the year/pot size/temp fluctuations it will occasionally taste better than other runs. Some phenos Ive pulled clones from.

2nd summer growing, and so far Pineapple Express (ILTG) can not be beaten. The flavor and stone is unmatched. The Knock me on my ass weed still belongs to Gorilla Glue wit Purple Kush right behind it. Not so flavorful but decent high is the Dos Si Dos 33, and End Game. I tried a vendors Gelato 33 and man, that was really good. Bought some beans asap after that hit. I don't like gassy weed and prefer a good cigar like smoke with a good high that let's me walk to my TV and chill or jam to the headphones off my tubed amplifier. Cheese was nasty, don't get that strain at all, maybe it was the grower on that one. Waiting for fall to hit to grow some OG Kush, Super Silver Haze, and Somas Lavender. Maybe squeeze in a run of Nana Glue or ChemDawg in between..
