I worked with a similar kind of guy...always knew everthing...so we let him have some power, and he basically hung himself...he was off that job within a month .

Luckily those days are over and it's just me, my lady, and the pets... forever grateful for that one... anyway I didn't see this suggested, and it's my favorite... IT REALLY works... If you've ever had roommates... you know how the whole fridge thing goes and labelin' shit you don't wanna share.. Long story short... Bought a 2 liter of Sprite, wrote my name on it in black sharpie, said (Do NOT drink BE WARNED) LMAO... I also added about a full bottle of Clear Eyes...
* I only recommend this method if you have separate bathrooms...
(NOTE: The problems ran deeper than just drinkin' my soda, give it a try)
