I have a confession...

I'm sticking to Dinafem and mephisto from now on. Most others I ran have been inconsistent. This is my second run doing Girl Scout cookies the first run was great this run I'm debating on making hash or oil with half the plant. Vast and fast also took a shit this run. But again Dinafem was epic. I weighed one bud that was 32 grams alone dry and there are atleast 5 more the same size one one plant. I may mess with 1 different strain per run but never doing as many as I did this time.
So what was the dinafem you ran. I did a critical +and got under an zip...wasn't really triply since I was spraying her with c.s. But she never flipped. And she was transplanted 2x lol. The bean was solid I would tell anyone that at least that strain was great for noobs like me

So I still want to do an outdoor run. But I think it's time to start planning my closet run as well. Why lose 3 months of learning. And I can keep my house temps low...so I'm thinking of doing this . Buddha syrup inside using at lease 3 gallon pots. And very light rich soil. Outside I'm running a cheaper bean along with the rest of the berry Ryder which is about 20 seedsimage.png

Inconsistent? I believe that's what's causing some of my issues. For the buddha syrup the 2 huge yields are elite growers. But when you Google the strain there is very let the grows plus none really show a decent yield. I'm wondering if these videos grows are pumped up beans they send out to promote their lines. Like I said the critical was fire. And I wold like to run it again but these time the critical 2.0 which is supposed to be bigger...what do you average for your dinafem gear?

I know why your having trouble. All the answers and replies are things that most people don't do. Spraying plants to make seeds is one of the worst things you could do to something your trying to smoke. It stresses the shit out of plants then the transplant thing on top of it. If you want yield just drop it, feed and water it in good soil. Don't fuck with it by transplanting or spray. Just bite the bullet and get good soil, good nutrients, a good pot and leave it be. Trust me you'll blow your past away. I have grown critical, white widow, and moby. All over 3 oz each. I have one moby now that's gonna be close to a half pound

The Buddha I didn't spray or transplant. The one I sprayed and transplanted wasn't one I was having issues with. I stated that the critical would have been a great plant if I didn't spray it. It gave me close to a zip which is amazing after all the things I put her thru...at this point I'm preparing to make the changes such as good soil and pot size. I can get free 3 gallon food grade buckets. And I'm not sure if that's enough for a good yield. I also was thinking about using 3 gallon grow bags on top of the buckets. I have a ton left over...that would give me more space...

The hydro shop by my job has happy frog for $12... Now I have to figure how much I need since I'm adding perlite. I might add coco as well. Maybe I should just use root organic....I think I'm at about 60 for soil and such...haven't figured out which strains I'm going to run...I'm hesitant to try the Buddha syrup again.

The bags are cheap. I think they are $3 each at my shop, 5 gallon and has handles. I like the air pots cause they are easy to clean being ridgid plastic. Speaking of bad yield I just dumped half of 4 plants to be turned into Rso. Girl Scout cookies can be good and this time isn't worth the time.

I started growing autos in small pots. A gallon or less. I assumed the plant didn't have enough time to benefit from a bigger pot. I was wrong. I had puny yields. One harvest fit in the palm of my hand.

Now I grow in 3 gallon pots which raised my yields. And auto strains have improved over the years.

Now I'm thinking I should top certain autos. My current Dinafem Cheese XXL is exceeding the railing on my balcony, which I don't like. Good candidate for topping earlier on. But that 1 plant will keep me happy for the next year.

The fastbuds GSC recently popped. I don't want it to get as tall as the Dinafem.

The bags your talking about are the plastic or fabric one. $3 is super cheap if that's the fabric....I think I have enough for 5 plants. I have 3 5 gallon pots and I also have 2 11 gallon tree pots...I'm looking into Buddha magnum now...it seems the buds are very fluffy from one vid I watched....

Don't top it just tie the main branch down and you'll end up getting a bunch of branches. Topping an auto isn't a smart move, low stress training is the best for them. I just basically ditched a bunch of girls scout cookies. Took the tops and the rest is going to oil. I'll post some pics of the Dinafem later in the week. Fucking things are out of control. Easy 6-8 oz each. Gsc if I trimmed it all maybe 3 oz of shit fluff bud. I'll never grow anything but Dinafem or mephisto again. Feel like I waisted 2.5 months of life and electricity on these trash plants. Last run with them was the opposite, I did very well at 4oz each. If it's unreliable it's not getting another chance.

Thanks for the advice. I may have seen your previous post about your gsc's. But I've read good stuff about them from other posters, so I took the risk with 1 seed.

I'll never get those yields outdoors . . . and don't need or want it. Not on my balcony. My 1st grow was a bagseed photo plant. Big mistake. Not very stealthy.

My first grow was on my balcony in college. I was staying right next to campus, not a great idea.
Little monster! Yeah they are worth a shot. I have friends who love the smoke and Alesha grow them. Some good some bad, but to them I suppose it evens out. I only grow for money so a bad plant really sucks never mind a bunch of bad plants

Yeah I'm trying to keep myself busy and I don't sell just trade for shit. I'm not a heavy smoker at all just at chop to try it. I'm think I'm going to give the Buddha magnum a try. It seems the grows I looked at are more consistent unlike the syrup. With the syrup I seen some where people were getting close to what I got. Now for me I have to find out how much can I manage in my backyard. Plus Im still going to have the 20 berry Ryder's I'm throwing out as well. I just I can keep them in 2 totes then run 6 magnums in my garden enclosure...I'm going to buy some more shade covering and raise the height all around to give more privacy...I also found some old shear curtains that's allow more light to pass then the shade which can go ove the tops of the plants when they get bigger

highlows berries bro those were from before he started the bkr's
OK nice. I think I will give magnum a run. I'm going to get fox farm and perlite...and see what happens. These will be in 5 gallon buckets and I also 2ant to see if I try a bigger one would that increase the yield....

But to good thing about autos you can start and finish b4 the season so when summer comes you don't have to worry about it. Also look into reed fencing. Lowes and home dopey sell it for about $25 and its 6ft high 15 long. You can cut it down as well

i would stick 3 in the 11 gallons and lst them to the side just a thought ..... i just dropped 2 in a 7 gal of recycled soil and perlite i added almost 3 gallons of kellogs to just so i could fit in with the homies ...... i went ahead and bit the bullet and bought a bag to see if i could figure somethin out ..... im running soil for backup in case i lose my hydro for some reason tired of paying for smoke so im gonna fill the room back up
