I have accidentally ripped most of my roots off

i have transplanted my plants the other day and i accidentally ripped most of the roots off of them. one has died i think. ever since i ripped the roots off the plants turned yellow but i put them under the lamp and one of them started to turn green. will they live?

passively pamper it, don't over do it. it might kick back, but it will take some time to rebuild its roots, and might kill off some of its foliage to compensate for the compromised root system, so you should let it really run its course on its own and just see what happens
