When you show up to a professional appointment stoned, the professional part gets thrown out the window. Just because you are legal does not mean you need to "flaunt" it, which is what too many MMJ patients do. All it does is hurt the cause and make it harder for other people who need it to get it. Be professional about it, or in the doctors eyes you are just the sterotypical stoner looking for a legal way to get blazed everyday.

Who said it was a appointment?Its a walk in visit ,no paperwork required.Guy starts bitchin he needs paperwork,and that he can smell weed on me.Dont false advertise,and realize your at a clinic that is for one purpose certification for marijuanna or marihuana,so if someone is there to recertify why shouldnt they smell like weed?Say he was paranoid of it being a sting wouldnt the fact im smelling like a skunk calm his nerves?Get with the fucking program I say.If anyone disagrees thats fine and your welcome to your oppinion.But dont come in here talking shit on me,when all Im doin is sharing the story with you.

What I was trying to tell you earlier is, these doctors are already under pressure because undercovers were able to come in and obtain cards relatively easily. The people in the AG office, who are against the law, made a big stink about this. The doctors have been threatened and some quit. The ones who remain will worry that you are yet another undercover, trying to come in there obviously high and still obtain a card so that it can be on the 6 o'clock news that "obviously impaired undercover illegally obtains card for MMJ, your kids can die of this before bedtime tonight!". Ducy? Just hide it better next time, if nothing else it shows respect.

Walk in means... You don't need an appointment.
No paper work and personaly I would'nt use them because they can't just.... oh never mind, your right
if you meet some one and they won't let you have it your way then they are out to stick it to the Man.
You must be in another State and not Calif. here you have to show you have been diagnosed with a problem and prescribed
drugs for your problem or sent to a shrink who puts you on a drug. You need to bring a copy from your doctors office from YOUR records
that shows this.
You take those to a clinic and the review them and make a recomendation for Medical Marijuana and issue you a card, But thats in California.

No he is not.He tried to hold me up and throw a wrench in my gears.I still overcame his attempt to stop me, a person in pain from getting my medication.I went and saw another physician who obviously thought I was a prime candidate for medical marihuana.These physicians take all the patients they can and then close up shop,Its not my fault the last guy I saw closed his practice,therefor I couldnt gety my medical file that clearly show I have a mis aligned spine,and unnatural curvature thats pain inducing.Jeeba>oxykitten

Sorry, but I disagree.......if he came there blew out, then he possibly drove there. I don't think that's cool at all, and I would have kicked him out too. I think it's absolutly ridiculous that people think that just because it's just pot they can drive all over, and go to professional places stoned. News flash.....ITS NOT OK. The doctor did the right thing IMO. Medical is meant to be used in an adult manner, in the home, responsibly. Period.

99.9% Of People Using "Medicinal" Marijuana Don't Even Need It, Lol. Also, Pain Medication As Low As T3 Does More Than Weed Could Ever Do. If You're In Severe Pain, You Wouldn't Be Using Weed, Aha. You'd Be On Oxycodone Or Oxycontin. Weed Is Just For Those With Minor Pain, Lol. Or For The Most Part, Those Who Abuse The System.
