So I need alittle help, I have inveted this product that will help millions of stoners world wide out! But since this product is technically for things that are illegal.. how do I go about this???

If ur serious you could get a patent or talk to a High TImes magazine about selling it, i mean come on man High Times is like Pot Porn they have centerfolds of gorigious ladys MMM they can do just about anything they want. Good Luck But would like to hear what it is if you dont end up selling it :D

It has never been thought of ... I know this for sure... Ive done som research.. And I don't know why noone has thought about it...

Dude, file the patent first before contacting High Times. The only thing High Times will do for you is steal your idea, patent it as theirs, and make all the money that you should have been making.

write out the idea, then mail it to yourself. never open the envelope. if someone steals your idea you have proof that you had this idea on that date (due to the date stamp the post office puts on it). This has held up in court. Hell, even posting the idea up here could work because the post date demonstrates your possession of the idea on today's date.

so just leave that part out... just tell 'em it's my idea and theys tole it... make sure to record your conversation with hightimes so you have proof that YOU gave them the idea, and they didnt just happen to come up with teh idea... possesion is 9/10's of the law, and if they own the patent, they own the product
