i went into the pipe shop today to get some more color. i talked to dude who works there and showed him one of my pipes. he said it looked really good. he liked the colors. said to come back next week and the owner would be there and we could talk. says they look good enough to sell. :weed:

I have had many pipes with those warts all over them....

Some with 1 wart....some with 12.....they add texture to the pipes and makes them a little less likely to be dropped I guess
 
Im pretty sure those nubs are there to help you hold it, mine has two nubs and i always place my thumb between them. Fdd your getting so much better now, been checking this thread every week or so and those last ones you made are awesome!
 
i am so glad i found this thread. FDD, your glass is the shit. The progress youve made is like KaPow, amazing. I really wanna get into glass blowing once i get the money.
