Never had that problem personally, not even when I was still at home at 17/18.

I have my own home but know a couple of loaders that still live with their parents, sad really. My brother in law moved back in with his mom after the old man passed away to help her with the bills and work around the house, for that I take my hat off to him, I have trouble sitting through dinner with her I can't imagine moving in lol.

Been working and PAYING taxes since the age of 13. Was working for the MAN in CT at age 13!
Had been working LONG before that as a newspaper kid and babysitter as well.
I had no choice but to give 50% of the check to my bank (folks had me open savings acct and 50% of what I made went there till I was 1
I recently stopped working after 30 years of full time employment and this was not an easy choice.. Health reason forced me to stop many things I loved doing including working..

I moved out at 18 and lived alone for about 5 years got married 17 years ago and am who I am now beacuse of my folks and the older I get the more I understand how and why they raised me like they did
