What deficiency is this I need to know to fix it... It's been budding for 3 weeks has nitrogen,phosphate, and potassium

Looks like a magnesium deficiency but because its so bad maybe its a fungus or bacteria.....

I'm watering with Alaskan fish emulsion and Moor Bloom cause they blooming. They get 10+ hrs of direct sunlight. I use coco soil with my own amount of perlite. (Buy my own perlite) it might be a magnesium def?

Mag def is sure but man 10 hours of light light it’s definitely not enough!!! They are blooming for a reason! Cannabis is photoperiod which means that if she receive 10-14 hours of sunlgiht thats a sign to them that its time to make buds(flowering stage) you need atleast 16 hours bout 18 would probably be better
