what are some ways to raise the ph of your soil? what are some ways to decrease the ph?
General Hydroponics ph down is made from food grade phosphoric acid....it's in most of the food you eat.....just sayin'.IF u r already growing in soil, halfbaked90, wouldn't you rather continue letting your soil thrive, the same way u would want your plants to do so? Soil and chemicals dont mix, in my book man... Look into some natural things, like peat moss, and dol lime, and greensand, and other buffers, and such things...

dolomite lime mixed in with the soil will raise the pH. sphagnum peat moss is acidic, so if you need to lower it, you could add that. the lime also helps prevent cal/mag deficiencies (i think it's these two?) and the peat moss helps hold moisture. so they're both twoferones
My God.....they put a business out because they didn't like their legal products? Brutal. I guess we're spoiled up here, there is a hydro store at least every 10 miles, sometimes 5 in that. If you have your medical card, the guys at the stores are more than willing to discuss cannabis cultivation, and believe me, no one knows growing like guys who get gear for free to try it out. Also, for now, dispensaries everywhere. Just walk in like it's a pharmacy, sign up, and you're good.Aight... Sounds good to me... We dont have that on the shelves in Memphis, though... We don't even have a hydro store anymore... I dont even grow hydro, but, just to show ya the warzone some of us r in... We had one for like two years, and the local law finally fucked with em enough, that they finally said to hell with it... So, we gotta use what we have available, and haveta come up with all kinds of bullshit tomato stories or whatever from time to time in local nurseries... Itz total bs...
