bottle water will work man, just let it sit in the room with the plant a while to reach room temp....do what great white said.....you basically just topped your plant...she'll be fine man....dont let your temp go over 85 either....give her a week after you flush her and she'll be back to growing as usual....

I would advise you to flush again, but this time with ph'd water that does not contain chlorine. Give it 4 or 5 days and then water with 1/4 strength nutes (ph'd of course).
Good call on the stem trim - that should work there.
Temps sound ok, a little toward the high side but will work.
Slow down & take a breath, your baby should be fine sir.
