I started grow her about to 3 or 4 weeks. I'm thinking I need to change the soil to Fox farm soil. It started about a couple of days with a yellowing on the older leaves build up. I guess maybe I need a bit of fertilizer since I added tap water to water her so I believe I added miracle grow, it kind of work making the leave that turn yellow a bit green. But the new leaves weren’t affected; I usually change the room I'm in because the room gets too hot for her and know all the leaves are affected. What can I do? What I need to do next? Can it still be saved?

You should read and research, and if you STILL cannot find an answer, ask BEFORE you do something you're not sure of.
NO plant that small should be fed.
Not trying to be a dick, but start over after you study more.

I'm just gonna give you a heads up. You put the light too close and a bit overwatering. During the seedling stage, you have to remember. It's still a baby; easy, gentle and not too much.
