What? Bucky himself has stated numerous times he never accepted a handout, he quit his job, ate top ramen for every meal and wore lots of blankets in the winter while his million$$ in the bank earned interest. True story brah!

only handout i ever took was UI, if you can call that a handout. i did sign up for food stamps in order to lower my OMMP bill, but i never actually used the food stamps.
