the thing is they had a bit of stress from time to time and 2 shocks so thats why i said slow growth and was asking how can i improve the growth

no nutes exept those in the soil plain water till now
110w led 2x30led bulbs 1x50wledprojector
on veg time 2 transplants 1 defoliation
flower time 1 defoliation
watering every 2 3 days till top is dry
