Sometimes unions are good and help the worker. Sometimes unions are bad and destroy the company. I gave an example earlier of Hostess where the drivers(teamsters) agreed to wage cuts but the bakers went on strike. The CEO told them to get back to work or they would shut down. They shut down te plants and laid everyone off and went BK.

They are exposed to the RIGHT to NEGOTIATE there terms of employment....Not what a committee in a city or state thinks they should have, being that they themselves probably have little to no experience to draw to say what the needs of these people truly are.
