I am guessing we were going in slightly different directions with this.
(serious for a moment, then back to regular programming):
I really do think D.B. is having an episode. I half-remember reading about him mentioning bipolar illness. I knew folks with bipolar, and reading his long posts of a coupla pages ago gave me that bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. I worry. Bipolars on a manic runaway tend to do poorly with self-preservation or heeding good advice. cn
@ April
You brought my mom into first sweetie.
Doubt she was your moms first haha
Oh, she was. Trust me, I was there.
I'm bi-polar, and I'd like to inform you we are all different, and you can't base your knowledge of all bi-polars with a handful of knowledge, that's stereotyping, and not cool. No offense, but this is what's on my mind about that.

I recognize that every bipolar person is a person. However I am giving my honest read of the situation. I don't know for a fact that OP is bipolar, nor do i know for a fact that he is having an episode. I do have close personal experience with more than one person having a serious manic episode, and these posts trip my "oh shit!" receptors. Had I omitted the words "tend to", I would be guilty of stereotyping. But those two words admit to diversity. In your opinion, does that make my post work OK? cn
