im getting a tattoo, should i go there high?

in a couple of weeks. on my ribs going down to my hip
im small so im boney and my hip bones poke out even
when im standing up. should i go stoned or what?

ahaha yahh I often consider getting a tattoo on my collar bone- then I smoke a bowl and end up burning my finger on the hot glass.... I quickly reconsider lol
and also-if you go drunk, you'll bleed a lot and your tat will not turn out so pretty :(

im boney like you, and i got one at the center of my back in between the shoulders, right where the spine is. it hurt, but it hurt worse when they shhaded over the pokey bones. do it bro, i think of it like how a woman thinks of pregnancy i guess, it hurts like hell, but the pain is easy to forget.

seriously- like some novacaine (?) just on your skin and not in your mouth lol I'd have soo many tattoos! (hell even laughing gas would make me get one)

Man, seriously, just do it. I HATE pain, like i can tolerate it, but i hate the thought of it. Ill do it again in a heartbeat and plan on it once i have the money and the perfect tat. just do it. seriously. If you want one, you shouldnt need to be told hahahah jk dude.

Take along a valium or something simular to take after a couple hours into it. That will help take the edge off of those long sessions. My last took 7 1/2 hrs in one sitting & by the end it felt like I was being hit with household current.
I can easily turn my attention away from it, but after a while it's difficult to ignore.

Sober as can be its not that bad dude. Just 2hrs of it

i got sevral tats but i was sober each time

but i guess i could get a little :eyesmoke: myself

I wouldn't go high. Like someone said before me, you might feel the pain a little more since weed tends to enhance your senses. I over-analyze everything when I'm high, and I think if I were to go get a tat stoned, I would be freaking out. But thats just me. I have 4 tattoos and I was sober when I got all of them.

I was high for some of mine and I was cool,I didn't feel any more pain then I did before when I was sober,I was just allot more comfortable when I was high.

ive gotten tats stoned and sober and i can tell you that either way it just depends on the spot, how long, and what you feel like that day. ive gotten a couple tats on some painkillers and that def helps a little but its going to hurt no matter what. although i do believe being stoned might make your skin nerves more receptive and sensitive. i figured a giant swallow on my chest was going to hurt anyway so why not smoke before. but that's just my opinion. makes the moment more memorable!!
