im getting a tattoo, should i go there high?

Im a licensed tattooist. PLEASE make the tattooists job easier and be sober. As a tattooist there is nothing worse than someone w/ a buzz. They usually squirm, whine and get lightheaded easily. Tattoos hurt, Trust me i know I have 1/3 of my body tattooed. The pain IS NOT that bad generally. Deal w/ it and get a good tattoo not one thats a mess from you squirming around or having a pissed off and annoyed tattooist because you have a buzz.

I spent nearly 3 grand removing a tat on my bicep, and on the back of my hand.

I aint shittin' you..

Every 6 weeks, a new Laser session.

Laser tattoo removal hurts 5X worse than getting a tat.

Im on my 7th session now..Its working!

i will never remove any of mine. i do have a cover-up, but it was needed.

own it.

yeah id sugest a cover tat if you can get someone really creative to ink you out

im like a little girl when it comes to needles so i dont think ill ever get a tat(that is other than the permanent blue dot on the back of my arm from being stabbed with a pen in elementary school)

Laser removal is MUCH more painful and expensive than the tattoo was. It usually leaves a scar too. So instead of your tattoo you'll possibly end up w/ a scar the shape of your tattoo.

Most laser jobs Ive seen dont look good.

just don't get a bunch of stars on your face and you should be ok.

Not true,

I have seen a few of my friends have their tats removed, and there was no scarring whatsoever.

It matters where ya go to have it done.

Thats why i spent $3000 to have mine removed by top notch pros..

There's alot of fly by night gigs out there.. No thanks.

Thats kind of ironic, Most tattos that Ive seen dont look good.

I don't see anything wrong with going stoned as long as you're not smoking some hella heavy sativa . . .



as far as I know all the sensory heightening effects of cannabis come from sativa . . . .

indica is the kind of cannabis that proved to be the effective one for killing neuropathic pain . . . so I'd say it's gonna definitely ease it up a little bit if you smoke a TRUE heavy indica.

Theres way too many fly by night, scratcher tattoo "artists" also, probably the reason you dont see many good tattoos


I see alot of good and bad, 1/3 of my business is covering up pathetic tattoos from other tattooists. Ive seen everything from misspelled names and words, to tattoos poked at home w/ a sewing needle and India ink.

Choose your artist carefully, do some research and look at portfolios. I can go to ANY state in the US and find an amazing tattoo artist.

I went high for my first 2.
Autobot and Decepticon symbols like between my hips and my groin. Just near the pubes (Y)

Made me focus on just how much it hurt, spesh when you cant do anything BUT look at the needle. Tbh, felt sorta nice in a way? when the guy kept stopping to switch between lines it was like a rush of niceness, that soon went again when he started lol.
Jan Moat, sick artist. Well gald he did them. Im more than proud to have them on my body. 100 quid for both of them, aint coloured yet but i dont want them colouring i dont think.

But yeah, go high, i got money knocked off another one because i took some weed in with me and asked him if he wanted half, said yes, 20 quid less for me to pay

and, i noticed that after he had a smoke with me he took a hell of a lot longer!!
But he was sorta doing his own thing just drawing on me. I wasnt gonna say stop haha, and he didnt even charge me for the extra 30 minutes or so (Y)
