Home made everything. Flour tortillas, fresh tomato and cilantro salsa, fresh guacamole, lettuce, hot sauce, and haddock spiced with chili powder, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper, home made creme fraiche.
Lots of limes were hurt in the making of these tacos.

Oh snap...the Pro Chef had to come in and just mop the floor with everyone, eh? You forgot to recommend which strain goes best as an after-dinner toke.
