Lighting is also kind of important when growing. I personally don't think so. But your gonna want to get a good one. I recommend the first gen 90 watt ufo. The amount of labor and artwork they put into that thing is amazing.

90 watt ufo work work but I recommend a 13 watt CFL with a couple LED flash lights (the free ones from harbor freight, super powerful) for side lighting. Your plant will be so big you'll need a chainsaw to trim it

You got good yard dirt too.. kind of sandy. You want to hold in that moisture. That's key to a good grow. Draining is for rich people and losers. I'm not paying to feed that often

Overflow flushing is a gas in those coffee cans too. Just use overflow to clean the floor. Never waste water!
