Been upgrading a new room and was wondering what all you RIUer's best In-Line meters are or were. I need six of them in total so I'm not wanting to take a chance on a shit product and I'm not all that convinced from the reviews I've read on the inter web.
And for anyone telling me to search the forums its a old topic, go ahead and type in line ph meter into the search haha. 500 pages of talking peeps about how they should own a ph pen. fuck that shit. And as always thanks for your valuable contribution of knowledge.

Hey sunni, Maybe this should be moved to a more advanced grower audience. Maybe advanced cultivation?

Have you used them? I've done some research but the reviews I saw were sub par. Thanks for the reply

Yes I have a ph pen and the truncheon. The truncheon is 7-8 years old, still works great. The pen/ is 3 years old...keeping any ph pen/probe wet is the key to longevity. I just store in a glass of tapwater when not in use.

Blue Lab tools are high quality IMO.

it really does seem like the guardian is the way to go. but yeah they are def. pricey.
better than my back going out from the constant res checks with a pen though.

I believe with the guardian you can also connect it to the net and check in on things from anywhere.

If you need six units and don't like the price per BUT are still considering.
You might just be happier by connecting each and running an automated system complete.
Single res, large nutrient/supplement/pH adjuster containers, lines, switching, pumps and software......Not a bad down the road solution and always expandable!

Just a thought......I set up and ran a rtw thin film hydro operation for herbs and this was a walk away system that would notify me by email of any problem. The system was able to run ebb systems too.....I was told that this is the system that Ed R. uses at new commercial op set ups!

As much as I would love to own a full dosing setup!,
it's overkill for what I'm doing. Doesn't stop me from researching them though haha.
thanks for the suggestion
