in need of a recommendation for soil testing kit

For PH or nutrients?

If for ph, I like the probes personally and will use paper strips for the runoff. The only tests for N-P-K I've seen are the liquid kits.

Also keep in mind when testing soil pH, it is best to test the run off water that was in contact with the organic soil and least favorable to test the soil pH via probe. Opm has it right.

for the soil. i tested the runoff with my bluelab and ph was @5.4 and ppm's to the roof. i am having lock outs due to the fact that my ph keeps falling out of range. i brought some hydrated lime to bring up the ph in the soil but didn't want to add it just yet, need to know exactly where my soil ph is so i know how much lime to apply.
