Indoor cannabis plants unhappy

Hi guys so i have 7 strains growing that are 18 days old from seed. They are x4 white widow and x3 og kush fem photoperiod strains my water ph is beetween 6.2 and 6.5 the current temp is beetween 25c and 28c the rh is beetween 58% and 70% a few days ago i noticed they started to droop and now they seem to not have grown much more i now noticed on the drooping leafs some sort of spots i am thinking it is a nutrient deficancy but i did not think they really need any nutrients at only 18 days old i would like you guys to share your opinions and what you think i should do here are some photos thank you also before anyone wants to mug off my purple lights its all i have to grow with and they have worked well for me the past 5 grows

Do these containers have drainage holes?

transplant them

looks overwatered and ready for food. what nutrients will you be using? @Nixs makes a great point too, need proper drainage. cant let these pots sit in their own runoff. aim for 15-25% runoff to flush out excess salts and ensure fresh supply of balanced nutrients throughout medium

Yes

See what a good dryback does. When your next watering takes place observe how much water you used and then document how many days it takes to dry back again. If it takes longer than 2-3 days to dry back use a less water amount until you achieve a 2-3day interval to the dry back period. By sprinkling a even layer of worm castings across the top of the soil would be a gentle/great amendment right now. This will introduce a low amount of nitrogen but also pack on micronutrients and beneficial/microbes that will help your ladies bounce back in a healthy way. Like Nix/visajoe1 said make sure good drainage aswell.

feed em .7ec grow formula (grow/micro)

you could even run just micro and bloom all the way through if you want. it would be a 5-5-5 NPK, basically an all purpose food

Thanks fpr advice mate im going to transplant them now and then give them a little feed fingers crossed

Definitely transplant into larger pots and start giving them small doses of nutes every other water.

A few more holes on the sides (right below 3.6%fat), but as said transplanting it to bigger containers is better.

Thank you i transplanted them and gave them there first feed of three part flora grow and made the ec 1.1

I give mine small doses of food from the very first, unless Im using organics. I use Promix BX so theres no food in the medium. I also give them Epsom salts from the beginning.

I dont use cal/mag as I use 15.5-0-0 Calcium Nitrate for my Nitrogen, and Calcium source. I give them small amounts at every watering. I start out around 10% of the recommended full dose. I never give them a full dose at any stage. About 25% of max dose at the most. Only small amounts, but I feed at every watering throughout the grow. I also start my seedling under 1000w HID/Hortilux HPS. I use 32oz Uline Deli containers to start my seedlings.
