Injunction stays as the original order

I think its a plant and anyone with the desire to grow it should be allowed too.
If it were up to me the government should plant it everywhere they could and flood the market so the prices goes to pennies a gram and once theres no money in it only those that truly appreciate it would bother.
But like i said im nuts so...

nothing nuts about that lol.

So basically its what ive said all along.
The ol wallet vulture is only fighting for those who were already licensed and everyone else is stuck in the lp supply nightmare.

Not really that surprising since he is part owner of a a clinic promoting the use of lps.
I find it a weird conflict of interest but this day in age i suppose its normal.

It would be wise to document extensively this last part as if we lose in the Supreme Court we won't have many more avenues to fight. Conflict of interest would be a potential avenue.

THE HEARING IN FEBRUARY IS AT FEDERAL COURT, NOT SUPREME COURT. Once the government appeals whatever decision then we'll be in SC. I believe the edibles case is going to SC however.

It is the BC Supreme Court, but not Canadian. It's an important distinction. I just don't feel good about all of this long term. But I hope I'm wrong.

Thanks for clearing that up OGE, I could of sworn that I heard Supreme but with so much false info flying around it's hard to keep up sometimes.

Fuck the court
If u need it grow it.
As much as it would suck i would be a terrible person to be dragged to court.
Ive fought my dr for yrs for him to finally agree after the cut off date.
Ive attempted suicide multiple times. Im not allowed to work because of a back injury and an assortment of mental health issues.
The only thing i look forward to in life is a handfull of bud each day.
To throw me in jail is a death sentence. Whether it were my own doing or i force someone else.
How would that look on their conscience.

I still cant understand after the camh recommendation what exactly is the legal argument?
Who specifically does it hurt

Does conroy not say that this fight is for dg already licenced? Does he not say lps are a step in the right direction?
Is that not the same thing as saying he isnt worried about those of us after the date people?

I agree with ya buddy something fishy is going on here and it isn't minnow sorry minnow lol. But he says LP's are a step in the right direction for full legalization. So to me that would mean for rec users. Of course this is all my own opinion.

Peace

Thats what i mean too...
Seriously to me this whole vid is shady as shit.
I know a few guys that were invited to that trip.
It was a get together rally to raise sum bucks meanwhile its in jamaica so that is 1500 per person attending that could have went to costs.
Its like di capprio flying his personal jet around to tell people to care more about the environment.
Then he goes out of his way to mention this is about grandfathering in people already growing.
But the lps are a step in the right direction??especially after legalization?wtf
Which is it?
Oh but this is expensive some send money....
Ultimate irony is the ol prick is probably using donations to buy lp stock.

LP's would be in the right direction if small businesses were allowed to get a license. Necessity is the mother of invention and when you have a free market we would have seem some movement in Cannabis cultivation techniques and whole lot of crazy strains come out of it which would have trickled down to the hobby grower.

As for Jamaica trip its simple they didn't want real patients there to ask real questions just the people who would invest into stock and commercial side of the new Marlboro Man.

That was a different video than the one I saw last year where they all seemed to be sitting around drinking drinks with little umbrellas. Either way, we have to accept that the LPs are here to stay because they're here for when legalization happens so the government has some way to get taxes from the stoners.

People will always grow...people like to grow things....I wish the courts would just say legalize it and quit wasting time and money but common sense doesn't seem to prevail in this country.

I am pulling for Justin to win and total legalization.
People just don't understand how much money is in this game.
This is a cannabis planet hands down.
The new green rush is going to stimulate the economy for the next 20 years.

if LP's are here to stay, so be it...let them be around but let me or someone i chose grow for me. there's enough room for everyone to be happy in this....just want my meds and to able to afford them...all of them. not what i can squeak out of my wallet this month!
