You can add these cheap cam lock fittings under the orbit manifolds for quick disconnect, just like the floraflex ones have for cleaning purposes, or swapping for different manifolds/rails, etc..

is it usually the diaphragm itself thats the failure?
I was looking at peristaltic(?) dosers but didnt like the flows and the thought of the tubing being flexed would be a fatigue type of problem.
the precision would be excellent for an automated nute mixer and PH controler though.
I have the same Growtek system, no pump failures. Slick little pumps, but solids in the water can cause the tiny silicone diaphragm valves to leak a little and affect flow rate slightly. They have 5 sets of valves and diaphragms actuated by a swashplate.

I have the system with scales that measure run-off. It can adjust feed volume to maintain a set percentage of run off, but i rarely run it in 'adaptive' mode.
