I transplant clones into 1gal. plastic pots of Happy Frog and don't start feeding them for a couple of weeks
yes, there are wood chips (and pebbles!) in it
My friend at the grow shop said he found a ground-up sandal in a bag of Ocean Forest
I've found fish hooks, giant metal rust chunks, unexplained objects and more in Ocean Forest back in 2019. I then went to coco and now I'm looking at their happy frog option mainly due to easy accessibility.

I've used ffhf, and for the most part, I was happy with it, but I feel ffof, may be a lil better. More ocean based inputs.

I started with just happy frog and now I do 60/40 HF/OF maybe even closer to 50/50 blend of the two sometimes.. just to tame the 'hotness' often found with OF but still offer more than just the hf soil would
