Definitely not done yet. Give her at least till day 60. Then look at her and I bet you'll be glad you waited. Premature bud is a waste of alot of time and effort IMO. I cut early in my first grow and I regretted it for the months that followed till I pulled off a successful harvest when I waited for them to really finish.
When the gland heads are fully formed and full size, I begin flushing. I cut when the most all of them are milky, just before they start to turn amber.
Yeah start looking at them around 60 days into flower, you have a ton of white hairs now and more to come. Those tasty buds are going to swell another 60% before she's ready, worth the wait.
If you can't get your hands on a scope and you want to know when to flush, start now considering you're near or past day 50. If I were you, I'd be plain watering now till the end. I like to add carbs, like Bonicare Sweet and PurpleMax or Snowstorm ultra along with water correctly PH adjusted till at least day 60. They will swell up a bit the last 2 weeks, hairs will turn orange and trichs will turn cloudy then amber.
