is it me or are there others

i dont smoke the weed i am a non smoker although i used to be a heavy cig smoker and gave it up.

when i enter my grow house and work in there i get fits of coughing and spitting up from my lungs. it is not thick phlem but it is still mucus.

i get it in my own house too ever since i started growing.

i have had this for a year now and my doctor does not know whats wrong with me.

i have had chest xrays and been on lots of different medication.

could it be i am allergic to the plant or could it be fungus or mould spores in my grow house. i just thought about this yesterday but i cannot tell my doctor this.

i bought a mask today to wear, it is for all kinds of dust and odours with a built in odouriser.

does anybody else have this trouble.
p.s.

i was talking to a guy at the doctors waiting room and he jokingly said aaaaaw, do you want me to rub some vics vaporub in to your chest, and it sent me in to fits of laughter.

Could be HUMIDITY related.

If you have high humidity in your grows then this could be aggrevating your chest.

well my humidity is 40 during the day and between 60-80 at night in my grow room.

i wore my dust/odour mask yesterday, i will wear it for a few days and if my chest gets better i know its the room.

i must stress i do not run fans at night could this be the problem.

its not really my house,i think i am just taking the bad chest home with me from my grow room, i have a grow room totally sealed in plastic and tape. it has an 8" inlet fan working from a sealed window box with a flange, and the exit fan blows the growroom air out through the 8" fan grill on the kitchen window. although when i open the grow room door smells do enter the house for a few seconds.
the house does not really have any smells in it but the grow room totally stinks in the morning before the fans come on with the lights.

I'd agree that a mold check might be beneficial

ok i think that is my problem.

might not be. could be fungal also. do you eat yogurt?

Get a environmental safety test done, if you can.... it's probably nothing....but it would never hurt to check for harmful mold/fungus/etc .... could save you and a bunch of other people a batch of mystery diagnosis quest!
