That's pretty much an unspoken rule that was violated.
Anyone that is welcome in my home knows how I am though and not to do things like that. They also know the sort of people I don't tolerate and wouldn't bring anyone I wouldn't agree with over in the first place even if they did ask about it first. They wouldn't even ask.

You broke the first rule of growing by letting your friend(s) know.
If you friend didn't know would he have brought the person over?

He did fuck up, but you fucked up first.

It is legal for me now, but you can't smell weed in my house. I had a guy in my furnace room that had no idea he was standing 3 feet away from a tent with about 14 ounces of buds growing in it.

Hes more my mechanic then my pal and also he works with my bf. He has on occasion picked up topicals and medicine for his mother. He gave me no indication he was bringing ppl to my house.
I figure we are all adults and it should be an unspoken rule of respect not to bring ppl to my house. I have even had roommates that I figure its an unspoken rule to clean up after yourself when you walk into a clean kitchen you should leave it the way you found it. But noooooooooo. People are lazy dicks and very disrespectful with my shit. I couldnt fathom doing that to anyone

There are no unspoken rules. I make that shit very clear. Now that guy and his friends know and for every person you tell assume ten others know because people have big mouths. Someone stopped out and brought their uncle so I told them get lost and never come back. I've lost several friends over this shit but they knew the rules and decided not to respect them. One of my ex friends told their 12yo niece I was growing pot and included me into a very uncomfortable conversation and I said stop but they wouldn't let it go, so I walked away and haven't seen them in 3 years. So what now? You cut them off and they know where you live and grow your herb. You should build another room for your grow so people cant see it when they walk in. Mormons came walking up to my door the other day when I was in the shower. They knock on the front door and that wasn't good enough so they walk around back and were greeted by a couple of ass eating dogs. My greenhouse full of plants is about 100 feet away within eye shot of the back door. I put up no trespassing signs and they haven't been back. I wonder how many Jehovahs witnesses and mormons get bit by dogs apparently not enough.
