Is marijuana a fruit or vegetable?

Hahaha I love that this sparked some curiousity! I pondered weather it was a fruit of vegetable to realize ... absolutely nothing

I love it either way
 
Well, when we want it to produce what we like, we say we are going to flower it...

It looks like a flower... smells like a flower... behaves like a flower...

I say the part we smoke is a flower... but someone said that already and was totally dismissed... bummer...

Yeah Man... I vote for FLOWER POWER...

I think if it had to be considered anything it should be under the " Magic ingredients" label and left at that.

I wish there were other things like weed

It all depends on what your consuming. If your consuming the calaxes then its the product of the flower, so in short its a fruit. If your consuming the leaves or stems or roots then it's technically a veggie. In reality, even if your smoking just the buds, they are technically comprised of leaves and calaxes, barring some magical trimming. I personally classify it as a gift from god. A league of its own
