Is my girls too small?

Hi guys. First time grower here. I’ve just transplanted my girls into large pots as I noticed heaps of roots seeping through the bottom. It’s been 2 months since seed. They look to small to me?
When should I start 12/12 for flower! I’m hoping 1 pound per plant.

More info will help I guess. Light soil nuts strain ect..

I think they are small because you left them vegging in a small pot for too long and they needed bigger pots to grow biggeeer ! Once they are rooted they should grow fast now that they have one.
About yield you still have a lot of space to build a canopy, if your plant have a nice stretch it could help..
Also I dont know your lights and set up but as a new grower you should not expect more than 0.5gram so if you get a pound with that grow that would already be pretty cool.

What light are you using? What is the strain? What medium are they growing in? Have you been defoliating?

You are gonna have to be more specific so I can help you.

You did great by transplanting into bigger pots and I like the sturdy structure of your plants tho.

Your plants are small for 2 months old. What light are you using? I don't think one pound per plant is possible. Good luck.

The soil I’m using is organic, with perlite, vermiculite and peat moss mixed together.
I’m using 2 lights both reflectors. 600 and 250 WATT HID.
The room can be cold at night, Prehaps that might be one reason why it’s slow growth?
I feed the girls once every second day NPK,
My first grow so forgive me!
Weeks ago I did give them heat stress and maybe too much water. This all seems to complicated for a weed lol.

Too large a container stalled growth. Get the lights over them.

For damned sure stop watering so frequently. Wait now for them to noticeably droop. They will NOT die!

Then pick the container up before watering. Feel its weight. Water well until you get runoff. Pick it up and feel the weight.

Develop this habit ASAP.

I think you giving them too much water combined with the cold night temperatures may be the reason.
