ok guys need a little advice, i'm during a outdoor grow, so i'm planning to harvest around the first of october or the mid of october, the girl is about the 6,7 or 8 weeks in flowering stage, i checked the trics this morning and they was cloudy amber already, so i don't might have to harvest her earlier than october, some say to let her bulk up a little more, which i would like to do, my only concern is the amber trics,if i let her go to far, here some pictures of her right now, of top view, bottom, and whole plant, plus pics of the trics right now, my question is would you let it go?, or would you harvest her soon?

Did you make a note of when it first started flowering? What is the environment, temps and humidity like where you are?

The trichs on my outdoor tend to turn amber faster than on my indoor. I think it is because my outdoor environment is harsher on the plants than the indoor. When you're checking trichs, look at the trichs in the main meat of the buds, not on sugar leaves.

I like to let my plants go until there are hardly any new white pistils showing. For outdoor, that usually means I chop just as the first frost is about to come, in the second or third week of October. They will have had about 9 weeks flowering by then. I'm near lat 36N central US.

What have you been feeding? The leaves look like a lot of yellow and dead leaves. Have you found any bug pests?

What strain is that? I like the structure.

hi i don't know for sure of this stain, as far as the yellow leafs could be temp outside,in my area the temp runs in the 70s or 80s some day i noticed you try a outdoor grow and said your trics turn amber faster, do you still let your plant go all the wait to harvest with the amber trics? of do you end up harvesting early?

If your temps are 70's and 80's then your temps are better than mine. I've had temps here in high 90's to low 100's.

There's more to it than just trichome color. If it's still throwing out a lot of new white pistils then it's still bulking up new flower material.

Look at pistils in the main mass of the cola. You should be able to gently pull back one of the buds from the cola and look at trichs that are not as exposed to the environment

I see your last thread about that plant didn’t cut it apparently…. We mentioned the issues with that plant.
It is having feed issues ( lack of ) … it needs to be healthy first … before wondering about chop.
