Is this colloidal silver working?

I want to try and make some fem seeds so I bought some 250ppm colloidal silver spray, diluted it with 7 parts distilled water to 30ppm. I started spraying the plant 7 days after putting it in the flowering room on 7/7, and I spray it on heavily at least 3 times per day. I'll post photos of what it looks like now, im not sure what to expect or if I should increase the application. Does it need more time, or will it work quicker by using it straight 250ppm? If this doesnt work i'll try another product, but I have this bottle I want to at least use up.

It's not working. You want to start spraying before you switch to flower. That over the counter colloidal silver often doesn't work which is why people make their own generators with a couple pieces of silver and a power source. If I were you I'd look into STS. It works better and you only have to spray a couple times.

Next time consider STS spray instead. Much easier and quicker.
