gotcha i think it does help them root by doing that. grow away buddy. what nutes u using? how much that setup run ya?

the system was a lil under 2100 for both the hydro speakers. for the first week. i just added FLORA NOVA grow 7-4-10. i just added a tablespoon of that, and 1/8 tablespoon of FLORALICIOUS PLUS 2-.8-.02. i wanna know when i should change the water. after they r complete rooting. then ill switch to veggie nutes. the light is all the way up. so i wont burn them. what u guys think.

$2100?? is that right? not to be a buzzkill but oh the system you could have put together for that money - wish you would have posted here before making that kind of investment....
i'm only saying cause i wasted my money on the PC Planter from the same or similar company before going a different route...
be careful with that bushmaster stuff - i've had bad luck with it (most likely my own fault but...) - definitely follow the directions.
as for res changes, etc.. i would follow the manufacturers instructions.

it was mostly for being discrete. i have them as a home theater system. its tight, but the money wasnt a prob. but thanx for the advice. i will deffinantly looking on this website being my next g13 grow.
when the clones r in its night cycle can u check for roots, how long does solid root growth take. mine r a week old, and the look like they r thriving.

the roots grow the whole life cycle - i check on my roots anytime - a little bit of light won't hurt but you don't want the light getting to the res all the time. i have never cloned so can't tell you specifically but i can say from seeds my roots/plant looked like this at 17 days into the grow....
