It's mildew. Just brush it off and lower the humidity. Check the rest of the plant too because spores will undoubtedly have settled in a few places.
And yes, this plant really is ready for harvest. The majority of the heads on the stalked capitate trichomes are dark red and starting to visibly wither. If you let it grow any longer it will lose potency and flavour.

It was only on one bud
I harvested
I did h2o2 wash to all the plants

One plant (white widow) was with minor (very minor that I even thinking of making edibles with it exclude the effected buds)

The 3 other are clear include this one (blue dream) - and I did wash them with peroxide

I also think it was ready, just wanted one time to wait for fully ripen, but I tell the truth, this is the last time that I am waiting so much - for a personal use its not worth it. (12-13 week flowering)

I harvest the first plant - green crack - after 9.5 week. Its ready and amazing high, very strong and happy.
I did partial harvest but at once, most of the buds. and yesterday I took it off after another 3 weeks +-.
But the point is - the plant was ready to use after 9.5 weeks!

Perhaps it could give more, but then you risk with mold!
I chop one bud from the white widow in the same time, at 9.5 weeks, it is clear of bud rot; the full harvest was 12.5 weeks, some buds has minor botrytis inside them.
In this case harvest early may give me lower yield - but probably without mold.

The fuzz came from other plant maybe
This plant is clear - and I also washed it with h2o2

Not sure its always smart to wait for full ripen...
Maybe if it a strain you are familiar with and its mold resistance, or you know exactly how much you can wait with it.

I am very sorry for not cutting the white widow after 9.5 week...
The only bud I chopped from the white widow in 9.5 is very good, I vaped it, that's good enough for me, I don't need it more ripen with risk of mold, for sure.

Taking into account that I am the only user and I don't need so much yield from the first place, even 20% more don't worth the chance of mold for me...
