Is this Nitrogen toxicity?

Plants have been flushed 10 days prior. This plant is in Veg but I also am seeing the same happening to 2 plants that are in week 4 of flower right now and they were also flushed.

It's not too much nitrogen. Too much would make your leaves a dark green. It could be not enough nitrogen. Good luck

defiantly not too much nitrogen. id guess its lacking phosphorus or potassium. but hard for anyone to tell when the only info you give is a blurry picture
