I am making the claim that not all people develop mental and physical capacities at the exact same age. Do you agree with that or not?
Your hypothetical scenario is a non sequitur. I'm not interested in 12 year olds. I have a cultural and personal bias against that.
In a generic way, if you decide that a person who IS capable of consenting to something may not consent to something because you don't like it, wouldn't that make you a person who favors nonconsensual relationships backed by force?

I asked you if a 12 year old has the ability to consent. Yet again you don’t answer the question and this is an easy one. I’ll ask again with a bit more detail to make it easier for you. Do you think, under any circumstances, a 12 year old can consent to sex with an adult and it would be acceptable with no consequences to the adult. Just a yes or no please. And no I don’t think rape is acceptable ever and rapists should be killed so my taxes don’t increase to keep them incarcerated.

We already did this and I showed you where you were wrong remember. Each person has rights and they delegate a portion of of their rights to a person to uphold those rights in their name, it’s called a democracy based on a constitutional goverment. To bad you can’t grasp that.
