is this the middle ages?

Have you not said that a 12 year could have the ability to consent? If that was even possible, it is not, what is the determinate factor that would make you say “yes they consented”? And who would decide this?

I am making the claim that not all people develop mental and physical capacities at the exact same age. Do you agree with that or not?

Your hypothetical scenario is a non sequitur. I'm not interested in 12 year olds. I have a cultural and personal bias against that.

In a generic way, if you decide that a person who IS capable of consenting to something may not consent to something because you don't like it, wouldn't that make you a person who favors nonconsensual relationships backed by force?

Where did he say that? I believe your lying again but please correct my assumption. If not, stop lying.

Can a person delegate a right they do not possess? No, they cannot.

He thinks it is possible. That means he thinks if you add up enough zeroes (non existent rights of individual people) that you can somehow arrive at a positive sum. You have been corrected now.

If what you are saying is true, the corollary to that would be that you KNOW when everybody attains the ability to consent.

Which age would you sat that is and what makes that so ?
You attempt to walk a dangerous line. Stop wanting to fuck 10 year olds. Do you think a 10 year old can consent to sex with an adult. I'm afraid how you will answer. I HOPE HELL NO

You make yourself look like a complete idiot. Great job

Then explain how a person who doesn't have a right to do something can join with a bunch of other people, each of them also having no right to do something and you can somehow add up to anything other than zero .

Use math to do it.

Has your wife hit you over the head again with the scrabble board?

I once told a person of special needs that eating crayons will not make you turn that color. I will try to do the same with you, but you have to listen.....
Learn when to use math. What you are discussing is more of a political science. When you understand this we can continue.
and please put the crayons back. Thank you

Well, then we agree, in politics things don't add up.

Well what I do know is 12 is NOT the age. Most of the world agrees.

So if a single person did have the wherewithal to consent to something and you forcibly prevented them from doing so, would you say that you were advocating AGAINST consent, while trying to make an argument that consent should be a requirement in human relations?

I think you might be.

I tell him at his age, he should be looking for someone at Dennys for the senior citizen deal.
HIs motto should be...
AARP
Is perfect for me

I asked you if a 12 year old has the ability to consent. Yet again you don’t answer the question and this is an easy one. I’ll ask again with a bit more detail to make it easier for you. Do you think, under any circumstances, a 12 year old can consent to sex with an adult and it would be acceptable with no consequences to the adult. Just a yes or no please. And no I don’t think rape is acceptable ever and rapists should be killed so my taxes don’t increase to keep them incarcerated.

0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 =28 NO!

We already did this and I showed you where you were wrong remember. Each person has rights and they delegate a portion of of their rights to a person to uphold those rights in their name, it’s called a democracy based on a constitutional goverment. To bad you can’t grasp that.
