Is window light and cfls a good combo for flowering?

As much as possible I try to let me baby's get some sun from the window from around 12 to 5 pm is that beneficial at all? They seem to love it!

I wish my gals could see natural sunlight at least one time during their lives. Unfortunately they don't get to! As long as you are keeping your 12/12 cycle correct, and the temperature change isn't super drastic I don't see a problem.

Cool thanks for the info... They seem to love the sun beams... The leaves stand straight up and the pistols stretch... Put a fan on them with some reggae music and watch them dance in the wind... I keep my ladies about 76 degrees

Yeah they will love the natural light, as long as you don't mind juggling stuff around.

Nope not at all its definitely a full time job though.
It will get to be, after a few weeks of it, trust me.
I have to rotate 3 plants and 2 plants in and out of my temp dark box, and light area because I ended up with more females than I thought I would.
