it all starts with a gallon of gas

I do the same thing with Fox Farm. I don't double mine. Just half and half of each to make a full dose.
Most seem to mix veg and bloom nutes all the way through flowering. I'm no genius but I was at this one dudes house checking out his grow. He was all bummed how shitty his plants looked. He was feeding them 0-5-5. No nitrogen.

Most of my buddies before flush are at 75% bloom and 25% veg nutes.

looking good as always...
i was wondering as i sit here smoking and looking at your grow.. how the hell do you deal with it all come harvest time? how many people help you trim up all those nuggets of joy?
i usually have my brother and my wife to help me, and between the three of us it takes about 3 hours of solid trimming every time i cut. and that will only give me about a pound of dry cured bud. plenty for us to get through the next 4 weeks, but nothing compared to the crazy amount you will be pulling out of your yard in another month and a bit.
do you have a "trim party" with a group of friends?

i'm feeding full doses of veg and bloom right now. i watch the leaves to determine what and how much. i am actually at 3 gallons of veg and 2 gallons of bloom for the year. i just bought another gallon of each. i use about 3/4 a gallon per feedings.

i use a 5 gallon bucket. i add the full dose of veg and start to fill the bucket once it gets half full or so i add the full dose of bloom. DO NOT mix nutes together first.

i trim most of it all myself. i try to let people help me but i am waaaaay to anal for it to be worthwhile. to hire trimmers is 200 dollars a pound. that's a lot of money when you think about it. i end up trimming it all myself. took me a month and a half last year. i try to grow a few different strains so the come in staggered.

If you could mix them first, they would come that way.
they would come that way if you want a n p k with those ratios. buying them separately allows you to mix only when you want. like in transition veg-flower.

fdd,, i have always mixed, what kinda reaction do they have? i splashed some on my tomatoes leaves, and coincidently the leaves appear burned externally, a few days later. i always have to crawl under the weed and pour only around the base, so i have seen no negative effects. from now on, i will only use your method. seems to make sense.:joint:

i bought 300 feet of clothesline. i'm making rafters to help support my 6ml poly. we get some HEAVY downpours when it rains and i don't want my roof sagging and puddling up. :joint:
