How are the old ones (from the first pics) developing? Are they now also showing pistils? Could you take some pics of them? Thanks

I have been wanting to do that but I haven't found them again I think I might have broke off one, found this in the pot
. After this I thought it's better not to fiddle around anymore. Saw the pistils forming from the top this morning.
does this mean I have entered flowering stage?
