It’s been 4 weeks what’s wrong with them

I repotted these and went out of town for 3 days I watered them before I left one looks to be thriving and the other not so much..

I finally put them in regular soil they were in rich soil from outside at 1st

It appears that one didn’t take it as well. Don’t overwater it and give it a moderate amount of light.

i'd say that's a water issue. too much or too little...
